We’ve had two indoor AC units installed by Andrew from DNA Air Conditioning, and we’ve been extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. He came out promptly to provide an in-person quote, unlike other companies who only offered remote estimates, which didn’t give us the same level of confidence. His professional branding and presentation also immediately reassured us that he was genuinely reputable. He’s a genuine guy and was quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process. There was no chasing or pressure — just a very transparent and honest quote that compared favourably to others we received.

During the installation, we felt completely comfortable leaving Andrew in the house while we were out. He even planned his work around our infant’s nap times — unnecessary, but a thoughtful touch. His workmanship was excellent, and he kept everything spotless, clearing packaging and hoovering as he went.

We couldn’t recommend Andrew more highly, and we’re looking forward to enjoying our new AC next summer.
