When we do a grout clean it depends on the age of the grout that's being cleaned and sealed
Sometimes we are able to clean it othertimes we need to grind it with our specialist tools and it's perfect for doing the top layer without having to apply new grout ( it only takes a ml off ) still leaving a good level of grout to be re sealed lasting years to come
