Morning all 🙏

We have a 3 hour fortnightly slot available for a few months on a Friday. Would anyone like to take this? It will start this Friday. We also have a fortnightly weds available for 2-3 hours, that will start this Wednesday ongoing.

We also have a 2 hour slot available tomorrow if anyone would like this?

Hey guys 👋

Can you please make sure you remember when your cleaning day is!!!
My team are working super super hard trying to run the business while I'm off.
Too many times they have turned up at your home and no one is in! Or, the money hasn't been left!

This cannot happen anymore.
This is wasting their time, petrol and its not fair!
You should be fully aware by now when your day is, it's not up to us to remind you. We've had to juggle clients round far too much to fit in for your mistake. Again, that's not fair on the team or the other clients who now have to rearrange their day!
Also, the team pay for childcare so they can work in your home.

We work on a self employed basis, so DO NOT get paid if we don't work. So when your 'forgetting' that we are due, just remember we are now out of pocket. But also still using the petrol to go to your home to find your not in.

This is our job, this is what pays our bills. So missing out on money, is putting us behind on the things we need to pay for outside of work.

Again, we don't allow bank transfer anymore, because I'm sick of chasing up money. This is something I shouldn't have to keep doing. We carry out a service and that service should be paid for once completed.

If you want to keep your slot in AJL then PLEASE have some respect for myself and the team, and please remember your cleaning day. Write it on a calendar or in your phone. Please. I'm not asking alot, just to think of the team travelling to and from and missing out on money.

I am re posting this because we shouldn't have to continue to chase payment!
This lady is absolutely right in what shes saying ✅️

From now on, we will ONLY take cash.

This is because this happens far too much.
It's not fair on my team who are working super hard to keep this business going while I'm off work for a while.

This is our income. This is what pays our bills, feeds our children.

Please have respect. We work very hard day in day out. All we ask is to be paid on the day your clean is completed.

I wanna say a massive shout out to Hope and Harley who have worked so so hard during this festive period 👏
I couldn't have done it without you! So thanks for all of your hard work. I appreciate you 🥰

Also a huge well done to all of the cleaners out there who work hour upon hour, it's hard grafting and you fully deserve a good break!
