Apologies I've been so quiet - after starting a new full time job last February I have been incredibly busy with work and family.

It was past time to deep clean the family run-around, after being neglected since August last year.

Pre-rinse to remove the debris and mud artifacts, powerful citrus mix to remove all the baked on winter grime, topped with a snowfoam and left to dwell. Rinsed off and then another hit of citrus with some agitation, to ensure the lower-layer of baked on dirt was shifted.

Car now clean, it was time to strip the few bits of tar and iron particles that had built up over the winter months - 15mins later it's then on to the hand wash with a gloss enhancing shampoo, and then a final rinse!

Luxury towel and machine dry to ensure no water spots, then dressed and windows cleaned.

She gave me a thumbs up when I knocked on the window to show her the results, so I think she approved! 😂😁

Restoration on this 90's Triumph fuel tank cover. Lots of scratches and imperfections in the paint, stored outside for a long period of time, and looked very dull.

Started with a full degrease, then on to a safe hand wash, followed by a full chemical decontamination and clay bar, then dried with a luxury hand towel. Single stage correction was enough to bring this back to life and make it shine again, taking great care due to the condition of the paint.

Range Rover Evoque - regular customer.

Maintenance wash with a few bespoke upgrades; full trim dressing, leather cleaning, and door shut deep clean.

Lots of road film from the end of the winter months, so it was paramount to get that stripped off and restore that natural gloss and shine!

Unfortunately for my customer, the bird poo pictured had been left for too long and, after being safely removed, I found some very serious etching left behind. There was no time or budget for a machine polish so, after a complimentary hand polish, it was knocked back enough for it not to stand out like a sore thumb and can be fixed with a proper machine polish next time around.

Always great results on this car - the blue is stunning when treated with care and attention! 👌

Premium Exterior with wax upgrade and Standard Interior with leather upgrade, today. The colour of this Outlander is absolutely stunning!

Extra time spent polishing out some scratches and scuffs, at no extra charge to the customer.

Incredibly proud of this one. Lots of passers by commenting on it. More importantly, it has had all of the contamination removed and a very durable layer of protection added. The gloss levels are incredible. 👌

2 of 2 is a Premium Exterior and leather clean/protect on this stunning Panther Black ST220 Saloon. It's no easy task making a 15 year old black car look like this, with just a simple but good phased wash sequence.

Absolutely smashed this one today, for a regular client and friend. This stunning ink blue Range Rover needed bringing up to a very high standard, so it could be bought back to me and maintained properly.

It looked deceivingly clean, but it was immediately evident that it had been tarted up and corners cut, synonymous with valets who just don't care about the detailed work.

I started off inside, pulling out staining in the carpets and floor mats. Range Rover floor mats are plush and thick, so they need to be deep cleaned properly! All interior plastics APC'd and thoroughly hand brush cleaned. Then a full hoover.

Seats are full leather and were very shiny. Shiny leather means dirty leather! I only use the best products I can find, so Leather Repair Cleaners LRC1 was used to deep clean the seats, then locked in and protected with LRC4 Protection. This will stop any harmful UV rays from fading the leather, and protect from harsh staining and dye transfer. Air fresheners sprayed into the carpets.

Exterior next, which starts with a thorough pre-wash: citrus cleaner and snowfoam. Window/rubber seals are deep cleaned with a brush. Wheels deep cleaned. Tyres cleaned. Then on to a safe contact wash. Towel dry, then tar removal. Rinse and iron removal. Post-decontamination safe wash and then a polymer based sealant for protection.

Luxury towel dry and machine drying wheels, grills and panel gaps.

Full tyre, trim and rubber seal dressing.

One of my biggest ever transformations, completed a couple of weeks ago.

This Kia was being sold so needed to look stunning, to ensure as much resale value as possible.

2 days, over 6 litres of varying dilutions of APC, full decontamination, wheel decontamination and acid clean, polymer sealant, engine bay degrease and dress, exterior rubber and trim dress, full interior wet vac, and 150ml of enzyme cleaner to neutralise the odours.

Exterior scuffs and scratches reduced and removed with a quick machine polish.

It was tough graft, but the end results speak for themselves. These results are then seen directly by a prospective buyer, giving the impression that the car has been well taken care of, and ensuring you get maximum value when it's sold.

This was evident when the car was sold, giving a final value that was over 63% more than what a garage offered in part exchange! This meant that the fee for my time was absorbed and then amplified, in value returned!

Don't settle for a quick sale on your car. I specialise in preparing cars for sale, so they stand out amongst the crowd and get you as much value as possible.

This is a highly modified mk2 Focus ST show car. My client keeps it very well maintained, but had never decontaminated the car or had the depth and durability that a quality paste wax offers.

We set up a completely bespoke package, to offer up the best results possible for this particular car (no machine polishing budget)...

- 2 layers of up to 12 month durability paste wax applied providing enhanced gloss levels and paint protection

- All interior plastics cleaned
- Seats and carpets shampoo'd and extracted
- Dash and center console deep cleaned
- Steering wheel cleaned and conditioned
- Boot carpet deep cleaned and extracted
- Headliner cleaned

The depth of gloss and shine in the paint speaks wonders for why a decontamination is so important. Your car will only have this incredibly deep level of gloss and shine if you remove all contamination from the panels.

Catching up on posting client cars.

16 year old Range Rover from last month. It's obviously had a hard life, and has more than likely spent a good portion of its life dirty, or through an automatic car wash.

This was a difficult transformation, as the rear arches were badly rusted and compromised.

What we did...

- Full rinse (rain setting for rusted areas)
- Arches and steps deep cleaned
- Citrus pre wash (avoiding the rusted areas)
- Snowfoam
- Deep cleaning window seals and wiper recesses
- Tyres cleaned
- Wheels deep cleaned (incl. Iron removal)(nearside rear needs refurb - client advised of this)
- Safe contact wash using premium shampoo
- Spray and rinse sealant (avoiding rust on arches so bodyshop won't need to remove before working on the affected areas)
- Luxury towel dry
- Tyres dressed

Incredibly happy with this one. The paint looked very tired and unloved, when I arrived. Black is always very difficult to make look very good, especially with a vehicle of this size! The aim was to just get it looking as great as possible, within the clients budget. I'm confident we achieved this.
