Polite Notice!!
Cancellation notice
Present & new customer when you book your slot with me ! No other customer can have that slot as I have arranged my day around your slot /time , I’m self employed I don’t have a boss that pays me hourly regardless of no shows etc!!! I hope yous understand however
Unfortunately lately some slots have been cancelled/ within hours even minutes of there slot , leaving me no time to fill these slots , I do understand people r busy & life gets in your way however this is my livelihood all I ask is please , allow me to fill your slot l require minimum of 24hrs notice.allowing me to fill your slot , change your mind or can’t be around etc etc
This has a huge impact on my day/ livleyhood , I ask you to understand… that I am now having to put in place a 50% payment if you were to cancel within 24hrs , I do hope you understand and thank you for your support
