We regret to inform all clients, weve had to make this decision as this issie is constantly cropping up and inhibits the day to day running of our business...

Payment for all domestic cleans must be now made on the day of clean.....

Lately weve had to personally dig into finaces that are to feed our family and pay our bills because of non payment of month end invoices...

My staff have a right to there hard worked for wages and non payment has seen my staff have to wait weeks past pay day, which inhibits them from feeding there familys and puts a massive amount of pressure on us all.

All holiday let clients will stay on the same invoice system on there agreed terms but the same goes we expect invoices to be paid within 48hrs, we should never have to chase what weve already worked for.

Non payment for cleans will result in loosing your next clean and very possibly your slot for future cleans, we have a massive waiting list of new clients more then willing to take the slot.

Weve instructed a debt collection agency to collect past due invoices on our behalf, and will continie to do so to protect our business and our staff wage bill.

As of this sunday 31st march
Ive decided sunday is switch off day, i devote so much of my time to my business and never take any down time ever, sundays my page and facebook messenger will be availble but i will no longer be available to answer any inboxes for information, pricing or to book a slot..... My own oven top up clean, new liner to protect the bottom of the oven, clean glass, check the bulb, clear the racks good as new 💡💎💎👌👌

Fyi my oven gets deep cleaned every 3 mths, a top up clean i do every fortnight xx
