Beautiful buttercream decorated celebration cake for a 27th Birthday 🥳

This was a struggle to make with our recent heatwave but with several cooling sessions in the fridge (that's me, not the cake 😂) I completed it with out the meltdown 🫠

Inside is chocolate sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream 😋

Enjoying the day off from cakes and admin with our local duck race which turned into a dog and duck race. Kev the gun dog sent in to dislodge the suck duck 🐶🦆

The weather turned out better than forecast so a cheeky glass is in order.
