A Huge Outdoor Clearance & Barking Project 🌿
This was a big job with a big difference! 🙌
Set on a beautiful sloping site alongside the river, this area had become heavily overgrown with dense undergrowth, brambles, shrubs and unwanted growth, making the space difficult to access and enjoy.
The job involved clearing the extensive overgrowth and undergrowth, cutting back branches and vegetation, removing all the waste and opening the whole area back up.
I returned for the second stage of the job, laying protective membrane followed by decorative bark to give the area a clean, low-maintenance finish while helping to keep future growth under control.
And this certainly wasn’t a case of simply tipping a load of bark and spreading it around! 😅 With the steep slope and difficult access down towards the river, every barrow load had to be moved by hand, with the bark laid using a wheelbarrow and shovel.
A lot of hard work, plenty of graft and a few sore muscles later… 💪
The result is a much more open, accessible and usable space, while still keeping the natural surroundings and beautiful setting.
Most importantly, the customers are absolutely delighted with the result and said how much more open and enjoyable the area now feels.
Another challenging job completed from start to finish. 💪🌿
No shortcuts, just good old-fashioned hard work and a result we can all be proud of.
