Looking for peoples opinions! If you were going to stay at a holiday cottage and you get there, everything is perfect. Clean, tidy and homely. Lovely welcome hamper but the milk only has 1 day left on use by date. Would you mark the cottage down for that. Bearing in mind I bought the milk the same day as guests arrived, like I do with every hamper. I never even think about checking dates on milk as I’ve worked in retail so know stock has to be rotated and anything with 1 day left should be in the reduced section. Are people just getting more and more entitled. What is happening. I can honestly say the past 2 years of doing holiday cottages the expectation have been so ridiculous it’s taken a toll on my mental health. I’m seriously questioning my own judgment at times and weather I want to do this anymore. It’s insane 💔
