Senior Day / Senior Night Care Staff – Set Rota 26-39 hours per week with Flexibility
Residents Come First:
Are you a compassionate care professional, looking for both stability and flexibility? Join our friendly, Resident-focused team at our warm and welcoming family ran Residential care home.
We believe in providing consistent, person-centred dementia care, which is why we offer set rotas so you know your hours every week giving you peace of mind and helping us maintain continuity for our residents. You can also pick up extra shifts when it suits you.

What We’re Looking For:
We want likeminded care staff who are Resident-focused who treat every individual with dignity, empathy, and love in their heart. You’ll be someone who values building relationships, listens closely, understands that the small moments matter just as much as the big ones.
You must be NVQ Level 3 or working towards it, in addition you must be medication trained.
Your Role:
• Deliver thoughtful, respectful, ‘Person Centred’ care to each Resident
• Support with daily routines, meals, and meaningful activities
• Communicate clearly with Residents, their families, your team and visiting professionals.
• Always upholding a calm, caring, and safe environment.
• Your role is to support & guide your care team.
