▪️Cleaning Position Available▪️

We are on the hunt for a full-time cleaner to join our team.

This position is available Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm.

Driving is essential for this role.

Experience in general housekeeping will be needed.

All cleaning materials and equipment will be supplied.

All positions are based on a trail period and wages will be paid weekly.

The ideal candidate will need to be:

▪️Reliable, punctual & well presented
▪️Hardworking & self motivated
▪️Trustworthy & responsible
▪️Ability to clean and maintain high standards on every clean
▪️Ability to work independently and as part of a team
▪️Impeccable attention to detail
▪️Ability to follow cleaning instructions and safety rules
▪️Must be physically fit (standing, bending, lifting light items)
▪️Previous cleaning experience preferred
▪️Must have a positive attitude, good work ethic and be willing to learn
▪️Ability to use basic cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, cleaning chemicals)

End of tenancy cleans… you either love them… or you hate them…

For me personally… I absolutely love them. I love the filth, the grime but mostly the transformation.

Although the agents & tenants tell us… ‘The property isn’t that bad’ or ‘it should only take a couple of hours’… I’ve never once walked into an EOT and thought… oh this isn’t actually that bad, because trust me… it’s usually pretty bad… that couple of hours has been spent solely on 1 bathroom!!

This is one of the EOT bathrooms the team have done this week!!

I normally do the bathrooms… but on this clean I actually got relegated to the kitchen… and of course as usual… I took some content at the start… but not at the end!! Standard!

Anyway… Im off today… making the most of the last day of half term… or so I thought… turns out Monday is an INSET day… This has honestly felt like the worlds longest half term!!!!
