This is a Saturday job for 5 hours, but we are also recruiting for Thursday, Friday and Saturday position at 16-20 hours.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Book in and retrieve customers' dry cleaning and laundry orders accurately & efficiently
- Use washing machines and dryers to process laundry orders
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns
- Process card transactions and operate the POS till system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and payment processing
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays would be a bonus

Immediate vacancy for Counter Service, Dry Cleaning & Laundry Duties at our Altrincham shop.

We are recruiting for a Thursday, Friday and Saturday position at 16-20 hours. Preferred hours:

- Thursday: 11am/12pm - 5pm
- Friday: 11am/12pm - 5pm
- Saturday 9am-2pm

Laundry/dry cleaning/ironing experience is strongly preferable - excellent training and supervision will be provided.

Just Saturday cover may also be available, and is being recruited separately.
