Update!!!

I’m back tomorrow. If you’ve not heard from us we’re going our best to catch up and everything should return to normality from Monday with regular slots etc again. If you want to change your day or times please let me know so I can confirm everything with everyone 🥰

Client Update!

I just wanted to let you know that unfortunately my car and van are still not back on the road. I am doing everything I possibly can to get to all jobs as soon as I’m able.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and kindness during what has been an extremely stressful and difficult time — it truly means more than I can say.

I’ll keep everyone updated and appreciate your continued support.

I’m hoping to get my dad’s car insured so I can borrow that this week 🤞🏼 as obviously as well as cleans not being completed I’ve also got no income when I’m not working!

February is a fresh start! Let’s go 😅

All clients should have received a message from me now, and I’d like to say thank you to everyone for being so patient and understanding during this extremely challenging and difficult period.

I’ll be in touch with everyone soon! It’s all a bit much right now, but I’m getting there ❤️

I think people can often forget I’m more than just a business owner, more than a cleaner… I’m first and foremost a mummy, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a neice, a pony and dog mum, I have my own life, and problems outside of what you see of me professionally and I thank each and every one of my clients who ask how I am, and who have supported me through everything that’s been going on the past year. But I’m drawing the line, onwards and upwards.

Today the team completed an End of Tenancy where the tenants left due to the damp and mould within the property. I’m completely shocked that anyone would allow people to live in the conditions it is in.

We do full mould remediation work - fully trained, qualified, insured and protected by the RIGHT PPE and products. I also have contacts who work alongside me to treat the damp, and other route causes of black mould within properties.
