A New Chapter Begins

This beautiful former church has certainly lived through one.

Following extensive restoration after fire damage, it's now ready to welcome guests once again.

We're incredibly proud to have played a part in preparing it for its next chapter.

There's something quite special about walking into a property that has been lovingly brought back to life.

Now it's ready to create new memories for every guest who walks through the door.

We wish the owners every success as they reopen this truly unique holiday home.

Emily and Kate quietly look after this commercial site week after week, paying attention to the little details that often go unnoticed.

Today, our laundry is super busy and full not just of towels and bedding......but of weekend breaks waiting to happen.

Fresh linen for holiday cottages.
Tablecloths for special celebrations.
Duvets ready to head back home.
Bedding waiting to welcome the next guests through the door.

Every piece tells a different story, but they all have one thing in common...

They're helping someone prepare for what's next.

It's one of the busiest times of year for our laundry team, and we're incredibly proud of the care, organisation and attention to detail that goes into every single load.

Because fresh linen isn't just fresh linen...

It's part of someone's holiday, celebration or home.

It's often the smallest details that leave the biggest impression.

When guests arrive at a holiday home, they notice the obvious things...A welcoming space. Fresh linen. A comfortable bed.

But it's often the little details that shape their experience.

A shower that works perfectly. A tap that sparkles. A kettle ready to use.

This shower head had developed a build-up of limescale while the property was unoccupied.

Lyndsey gave it a little extra attention and restored it ready for the next guests.

Sometimes it's the jobs nobody notices that make all the difference.

This Week at CCC & CCS...

Monday morning always starts the same...

The diary is full.
The vans are loaded.
The laundry is already in full swing.
The kettle's on.
And there's a quiet sense of excitement about what the week will bring.

This week we'll be:

🏡 Preparing holiday homes for new arrivals.
🧽 Carrying out deep cleans across the district.
✨ Looking after our wonderful regular domestic clients.
🧺 Keeping the laundry turning for holiday homes, venues and walk-in customers.
📋 Meeting prospective holiday home owners and quoting for new work.
🏠 Visiting homes for domestic cleaning quotations.
🔧 Supporting clients through Coast to Country Services with property maintenance and repairs.

Of course, if experience has taught us anything, by Friday there'll have been plenty of unexpected phone calls, last-minute enquiries and a few changes to the diary... because that's just life in a busy business!

Behind every clean is a conversation.
Behind every quotation is the start of a new relationship.
And behind every job is a team working hard to make it all happen.

**As July comes to a close...**

It's easy to look back and remember the big moments.

The new van. Sharing our story at the Rural Lincolnshire Skills and Enterprise Hub. Being involved in a client's marketing campaign.

Busy holiday homes. Deep cleans. Builders sparkle cleans. Domestic and Commercial cleans. New enquiries.

But when we look back, it's often the smaller moments that stay with us.

A lovely thank you from a client. A comment that made us smile. A team member helping someone else without being asked.

A problem solved. A challenge overcome. A laugh in the office and we have plenty of those !!!

They're the moments that quietly remind us why we love what we do.

So before we turn the calendar over to August...

Why is the kitchen always where everyone ends up?
