When a new holiday home client joins CCC, every single piece of linen is individually labelled by lovely Andrea from our laundry team.

And we don’t just mean one or two items…

We mean:
🛏 duvet covers
🛏 pillowcases
🛏 sheets
🛏 towels, even down to tea towels !!

Every item receives its own bespoke identifier, carefully sewn in, to ensure the correct linen always returns to the correct property.

Because behind the scenes of commercial laundry there’s FAR more happening than simply “washing bedding” 😅

There’s:
✔️ organisation
✔️ tracking
✔️ sorting
✔️ inventory management
✔️ quality control
✔️ and a LOT of teamwork

Especially during peak season when laundry volumes are flying through the unit daily.

It’s one of those behind-the-scenes touches many people never see…but it’s exactly these systems and standards that help CCC stand out 💙

Using MORE cleaning product doesn’t always mean cleaner 😅

In fact…overusing products can sometimes actually make surfaces worse.

Too much product can leave behind:
✨ streaks
✨ sticky residue
✨ dull finishes
✨ product build-up that attracts MORE dirt

Which is why professional cleaning is often less about “throwing loads of product at it”…

…and more about:
✔️ using the RIGHT product
✔️ using the RIGHT amount

It’s amazing how quickly sinks can become dull, marked and tired-looking through everyday use, especially in busy homes.

But with the right products, the right techniques and a bit of CCC elbow grease 💪…BOOM ✨

Back to sparkling. Fresh. Shiny. And looking completely transformed.

Honestly? We could stare at before & afters like this all day 😅

Peak season is definitely beginning to make itself known here at CCC 😅☀️

The diary is filling rapidly, holiday homes are getting busier, deep cleans are increasing, laundry volumes are climbing, and the team are absolutely flying from one job to the next.

This time of year is always a huge balancing act behind the scenes:
📅 scheduling
🧺 laundry management
🔑 key coordination
🚐 logistics
📞 client communication
🧼 maintaining standards
…and making sure every property is guest-ready exactly when it needs to be.

And whilst social media often shows the shiny finished results…

the reality behind running a busy cleaning & laundry company is a LOT of moving parts 😅

But honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way 💙

BANK HOLIDAY SUNDAY ☀️😅

Otherwise known as:

🍗 “shall we put the BBQ on?”
🪴 “we’ll just pop to the garden centre…”
🍹 “it’s fine, it’s bank holiday calories”
🛋 “I’ll just sit down for five minutes”
…and suddenly it’s 6pm and nobody knows what happened to the day 😅

And honestly?

We are FULLY embracing this little blast of sunshine while it lasts ☀️

Aside from a few lovely commercial clients being looked after today, Team CCC are mostly enjoying a slower-paced Sunday before another busy week ahead.

Which realistically means:
☀️ catching up with family
☀️ sitting in gardens
☀️ debating whether it’s too early for an ice cream
☀️ pretending we’re not already mentally planning Monday
☀️ and hearing at least one person say:
“Don’t complain… we’ll be moaning it’s too cold next week” 🤣

And honestly?

We are SO excited to finally start talking about it.

For over 4 years, conversations, planning, ideas, supplier discussions, research, coffee-fuelled chats and “what if one day…” moments have all been quietly happening behind the scenes.

Because over the years, so many of our lovely clients have said things like:

Spring may look pretty outside……but inside commercial premises?

Not so much.

This before & after was carried out by Greg at one of our commercial sites after blossom had absolutely invaded the place.

And we mean EVERYWHERE.

Floors.
Entrances.
Corners.
Walkways.
The lot 😅

Now whilst blossom drifting through the air may suit an Instagram reel……it’s probably not quite the rugged builders merchants vibe they were aiming for 🤣

So Greg got to work and BOOM 💪

Back to spotless.
Fresh.
Professional.
Blossom-free.

🐝 WORLD BEE DAY 🐝

There’s a quote we’ve always loved:

“Aerodynamically, the bumblebee shouldn’t be able to fly… but the bumblebee doesn’t know that, so it flies anyway.”

And honestly?

Building a business can feel a bit like that sometimes.

There have been moments over the years where things have felt hard.
Overwhelming.
Exhausting.
Uncertain.

Has it been easy?
No.

Have there been challenges?
Absolutely.

Have there been moments of doubt?
Of course.

Are we still learning every single day?
100%.

But much like the bumblebee…sometimes you just keep going anyway.

One clean at a time.
One client at a time.
One lesson at a time.
One early morning.
One late night.
One problem solved.

Because determination, teamwork, resilience and consistency matter far more than perfection ever will.

And when we look back over how far CCC has come…we’re incredibly proud of what’s been built 💙🐝

MONDAY BUSINESS UPDATE 💙

It’s been another incredibly busy week here at CCC…

…and honestly, we’re so grateful for every single enquiry, recommendation, tag, share and referral that continues to come our way.

What’s always quite amazing to us is the fact we don't directly advertise for new business, the majority of our growth continues to come through word of mouth, recommendations and people sharing their experiences of CCC with others 💙

Just THIS week alone we’ve welcomed:

✔️ A brand new commercial client
✔️ A deep clean project
✔️ A new holiday home client on the coast
✔️ New domestic clients in Horncastle
✔️ Walk in Laundry Clients

…and this is alongside all of our existing lovely clients we continue supporting every single day.

Now whilst we are absolutely delighted by the continued demand…the reality is we’ve also sadly had to turn away more work again this week than we’ve been able to accept.

And that’s never something we take lightly.

As we move further into our busy peak season, our priority will always remain maintaining the standards, reliability and level of service CCC has become known for.
