Some jobs are about more than just the finish. They are about the relationships built along the way.

Over the last three years we have had the pleasure of working alongside HTS Vehicle Sales, travelling between our unit in Alford and their premises in Sleaford. They have continued to trust us with their vehicles and that ongoing support is something we genuinely appreciate.

This stunning Scania is a perfect example of the quality that HTS Vehicle Sales are known for. This truck has been fully restored from top to bottom, from the chassis right through to the paintwork, and is a true showcase of what these guys are capable of. The attention to detail throughout the build is second to none and it deserved a finish that matched the incredible amount of work that has gone into it.

Over the last three days we have carried out a full single stage machine polish to restore gloss, remove light defects and maximise the finish before protecting the paintwork with Angelwax Global professional three year ceramic coating.

The result is a deep, crisp finish that not only looks incredible but is now far easier to maintain and protected against the elements for years to come.

Not every vehicle is about chasing perfection. Sometimes the real skill is knowing where to stop.

This Mercedes X Class arrived with paintwork that had seen better days. Years of tree sap, bird droppings, swirl marks and scratches had left the finish looking tired and neglected.

After carrying out a full decontamination process, we assessed the paintwork and found the clear coat was on the thinner side. Rather than taking unnecessary risks, we measured the paint throughout and carried out a carefully controlled machine polish, removing as many defects as safely possible while preserving the remaining clear coat.

The result is a dramatic improvement in gloss, clarity and depth, giving the X Class a much fresher appearance without compromising the long term health of the paintwork.

Professional detailing isn’t about removing every scratch at any cost. It’s about making the right decisions for each individual vehicle and achieving the best possible finish safely.

This stunning example came to us to be prepared for an upcoming wedding.

After a thorough clean and decontamination, we carried out a hand applied paint cleansing polish to reduce minor imperfections and restore a deep, rich gloss to the paintwork. To finish, we applied a ceramic quick exterior detailer, adding a slick layer of protection and leaving it gleaming for the big day.

Not every upgrade is about adding new parts. Sometimes it’s about bringing back the details that make all the difference.

This Audi Q3 S Line arrived with brake calipers that had definitely seen better days. Years of surface corrosion had left them rusty, flaking, and tired, taking away from the overall look of an otherwise smart vehicle.

Rather than painting over the problem, we started by removing all traces of corrosion to create the correct surface for a long lasting finish. The entire vehicle was then carefully masked to protect the paintwork and glass before the calipers were refinished in a high gloss red that perfectly complements the S Line styling.

To finish the transformation, the wheels and tyres were thoroughly cleaned, allowing the freshly painted calipers to stand out exactly as they should.

It’s proof that attention to detail is what separates a quick cosmetic job from a professional finish.

Not every vehicle shows its age on the outside…

This Land Rover Freelander looked respectable at first glance, but once we started our underbody preparation, it told a very different story.

As with every AA Valet & Detail underbody protection package, we don’t just spray over dirt and call it protected.

Our process starts by removing the arch liners and undertrays, allowing us to access the areas that are almost never cleaned. It’s in these hidden spaces that years of compacted dirt, road grime, mud and sludge build up, trapping moisture against the metalwork.

This Freelander was in desperate need of attention. Behind the arch liners and undertrays we uncovered heavy deposits of grime that had been sitting there for years. If left untreated, this kind of contamination creates the perfect environment for corrosion to take hold.

After thoroughly cleaning and drying the entire underside, we applied Lanoguard Underbody Protection to provide a protective barrier against moisture, road salt and the elements. We also treated all applicable areas with wax oil, in the cavities and hidden areas for additional long term protection where required.

Underbody protection is only as good as the preparation beforehand, which is why we invest the time to do the job properly, not simply cover over the problem.

If you’re planning on keeping your vehicle for years to come, protecting what you can’t see is just as important as maintaining what you can.

Due to a recent house move, our travel times have increased significantly. As many of our customers are based in and around Skegness, each visit now involves approximately 40 minutes of travel each way. If we spend 1 hour 20 just in travelling, around 2/3 hours at a maintenance or even longer for full valets our current pricing isn't viable, on top of chemicals used and our time.

From 1st July, our prices will be increasing to reflect these changes. We appreciate that price increases are never ideal, and this decision has not been made lightly. We’d like to thank all of our customers for your continued support and understanding.

This Jeep looked GREY.

Not because of the colour…
Because the finish was buried beneath years of swirl marks, scratches and dullness that completely masked its true finish.

Most vehicles we see only need a single stage machine polish to bring the gloss back.

This one was far from it.

The paint was so heavily marked that we carried out a full two stage machine polish to remove the defects and restore the finish properly.

The result?

A deep, mirror like gloss that looks better than most people think is possible from the original paint, a full factory reset.
