Cancellation Policy with effect from 30th of September 2019

We appreciate that things happen at short notice like children being ill / hospital appointments ect but can you try and give as much notice as possible, ideally 24 hours so we can fill the slot

The following charges will be incurred if a cancellation is -

• 24 hours notice - No charge
• 12-24 hours notice - 50% of usual invoice
• Less than 12 hours notice - 100% of the invoice

Repeat cancellations will result in your slot being given to someone else.

If you no longer require our services then out of courtesy we require 1 weeks notice otherwise you will be invoiced for the next appointment.
