✨ A little update from me… ✨

Well… I went and broke my foot! 🤦🏼‍♀️🩼💙

I’m taking some time to rest and recover, so I’ll be off work until 10th August. After that, I’ll be back doing what I love, with a little bit of assistance while my foot finishes healing. 🧹✨

Thank you all so much for your patience, understanding and all the lovely messages. It really means the world to me. 🥹💕

Happy Monday all,

Unfortunately, due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations, we’ll now be introducing a Customer Service Agreement for all existing and new clients.

This agreement will outline our cancellation policy and terms of service, and will need to be signed before future bookings can be confirmed.

We never wanted to have to introduce this, but as a small business, last-minute cancellations have a huge impact on our time and income.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Same-day cancellations – 100% of the booking fee.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice – 50% of the booking fee.
• More than 24 hours’ notice – No charge.

We truly appreciate every one of our loyal customers who respect our time and support our business. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. 💙
