💰 Pay & Benefits:
✔ £13.00 per hour during the first 6 months (probation period)
✔ £13.45 per hour thereafter
✔ Paid monthly
✔ Option for a mid-month advance
✔ Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) where applicable
✔ Pension enrolment in line with current legislation
🎯 Bonus:
✔ Up to 5% monthly performance bonus
✔ Subject to completing jobs within scheduled timeframes and no complaints
⏱ Flexible Working:
✔ Zero-hours contract
✔ Work offered based on business requirements
✔ The working day begins upon arrival at the first job and ends upon completion of the final job
✔ Travel time between jobs paid for up to 30 minutes per day
🧽 Duties include:
• Domestic and commercial cleaning
• End of tenancy cleaning
• Deep cleaning tasks
• Following company checklists and standards
