So with Christmas out of the way, and the 330 having completed a 1000 mile trip from NE Scotland to NE England, then over to NW England and back to NE Scotland it’s safe to say she was filthy. So to start the new working year properly, both cars got a good clean inside and out:
Hoovered
Interior cleaned
Fabrics cleaned
Leather cleaned
Leather conditioned
Leather sealed
Dash and plastics treated
Citrus wash applied and left to dwell
Pressure washed
Wheel wells cleaned
Snow foamed and left to dwell
Pressure washed
Wheels cleaned
Snow foamed
Detail brush used for badges, handles, etc
Washed
Pressure washed
Dried
Door shuts cleaned and dried
Engine bay wiped down and dried
Interior and exterior glass cleaned and treated
Tyres dressed
Coating topped up with Fusso Coat

Worth the 6 hours 😂

Spent some time preparing Daryl’s S6 today, ready for .
Light correction on the front end (to be completed tomorrow) and wheels removed and cleaned up then sealed. Centres were in pretty bad shape, but managed to bring them back to looking nearly new. Callipers sealed with Gtechniq C2

Wash
Front end hand polished to remove stubborn bug marks (Image 7)
Paint decontaminated (Images 5 & 6)
Wheels cleaned
Wheels decontaminated
Single stage machine polish to remove some light scratches and marring (Images 8-14 for scratch removal before and after, and image 4 for post correction)
Exhausts cleaned up (Images 15 & 16)
Wax applied (Fusso coat)
Glass cleaned inside and out, then treated
Wheels polished
Tyre sealed applied
Engine bay wiped down
Screen wash topped up
Door jams also cleaned down and waxed
Not bad for 7 hours work 😂

Today consisted of giving this GTD a little tidy up and a full winter protection. Lovely colour in the flesh, unfortunately the camera battery died before I could get any better shots, and totally forgot to take some before shots. Stunning car throughout, and such a good all rounder. One happy owner on pickup 🙂 Thanks Fi!!

Had this beauty in today, and you don’t see too many about. No before pics of this one as the owner had ‘only’ a 5 hour window for us to get it done. Car was washed and fully decontaminated, engine bay cleaned, fluids checked and topped up, then a single stage polish with DA was used to remove scratches and finished of with some wax. It could have had done with a 2nd stage to refine the finish and remove swirls, but our owner was happy with scratch removal especially with the time constraints, we got rid of or vastly improved 90%, and we had a happy owner on collection. Stunning colour when it was finished.

Another happy customer. This C4 Picasso was in for a full valet and a light detail with some paint correction (heavy in places) to bring it up to a good standard to be returned to Citroen. Although not all the imperfections could be removed, the pictures speak for themselves.
