🧼 Stain Removal Reality Check 🧼

One of the questions we get asked most often is: “Can you guarantee the stain will come out?”

The honest answer is… not always. While we successfully remove the vast majority of stains and marks, there are occasions where permanent staining or damage has already occurred before we arrive.

There are so many variables involved, including:

• The type of stain• The colour and material of the carpet or upholstery• How long the stain has been there• The age and condition of the carpet/fabric• Previous damage or wear• DIY attempts using supermarket chemicals or home remedies• Unknown products previously used on the area

Sometimes stains don’t just sit on the surface — they can permanently affect the fibres or dyes themselves.

What we can promise is this: we use all of our professional knowledge, specialist products, equipment, and experience to achieve the best possible result every single time. We will always try every safe method available before admitting defeat.

Thankfully, situations where a stain cannot be fully removed are rare — but honesty and realistic expectations are important in our industry.

We’d rather be truthful and professional than make promises nobody can guarantee 👍

Thankfully 99.99% of customers realise this and are very understanding and we talk about realistic outcome before starting the job. (I won’t mention about the other 0.01% 🤫🙄😂

Busy one today, 4 rugs 3 seater, cuddle chair, 3 staircases 3 landings, 2 armchairs , 2 hallways, 4 rooms and a vestibule 🥵🥵🥵💦

Some nice results though, clean carpets and upholstery and some dirty water 😱

May is totally full now, still a few spaces left for June , but they’re filling up fast too 🤪🤪

Job 2 : Brilliant job in Bridge of Don, Jan was absolutely delighted with the results 😁

Job 3 : Down in Fettercairn for Kerry, a repeat customer (must be doing something right 🥳)

Job 4 : Out in Royal Deeside for some “cream” stairs and bedroom carpets 😱
