Hoarders clean...

1 bedroom.

The briefing from the owner and from the pictures was that most of it had to stay it just needed sorting and organising.

Little did we know that it was 3ft deep with layers and layers of stuff... teddies, lego, cars, wires and cables etc

So much stuff and very little storage.

We agreed to take the rubbish as this is a small bedroom it would usually be 5 or 6 bags.

We took 9 with us and in the end there were over 20 bags from 1 small bedroom. 😱

We obviously couldnt take all of that rubbish in the price of the original quote.

The owner also asked us to stay on extra to get the job done, as again, there were hours allocated which should have been sufficient but as always we sent a "quote" which is a guide price!

We have so far been paid £100 for this job which is short of the original quoted price without the extra hours we had to work..... extra hours we did even though it pushed our day into a 12hr shift!

We dont like to leave people with an unfinished job but also knew this owner was on a tight budget,

The owner requested we stay and finish but now refuses to pay us untill all the rubbish is collected.

The cost of which will mean we have just done the work for free!!

I always do these jobs at cost price because I understand how health and circumstances can leave people in positions they cant rectify themselves, I do these jobs to help people, help them get their life back on track....

We dont need this type of work at all and after this im not sure we will do any more!

Dirty, gruby and moldy......

The new owners of this lovely caravan will never know as its now shiney, spotless and thoroughly disinfected (just to be safe 😂)

We have never seen so many caravans in need as we have this year 🙈, we are rescuing them all, restoring them to their former glory to live on a other year 😆

Lots and lots of caravan deep cleans coming in so that they are ready for the season for their owners.

This one unfortunately had had a family if mice living in there iver winter 😱

So not just a good clean down, fully disinfected too!

Now... you would never know there was ever a problem 😁

Its been a busy few weeks full of deep cleans...

The rule of only doing 1 deep clean a week has well and truly gone out the window 😂😂

This is a pretty season clean as it was closed up all winter.

Now back to its sparkly self ✨️
