Who we are & what we do

Hi and welcome to AM Cleaning & Property Services. My name is Adrian & along with my wife Michelle we made the move from Australia to France in 2014. We are based in Sarlat Le Canada and offer our services within the Dordogne, Lot & Limousin. Our motto “Whatever you want.... we’ll do it”, sums it up. I do all the heavy lifting & Michelle who speaks a high level of French, takes care of the rest.

With experience running our own business in Australia we bring a friendly and professional attitude to our work, ensuring your dream of living here in France is an enjoyable one.

RESIDENTS & HOLIDAY HOME OWNERS:- Wether you live here or have a holiday home we can take care of your property year round caring for your garden, lawns, doing any maintenance, handyman jobs or cleaning you require. if you have a holiday home we can get your home ready for when you visit, airing the house, cleaning it, making the bed etc.., we will even put fresh milk and juice in your fridge so your first morning on holiday isn’t a rush. Then when you leave we will clean the house, turn off the electricity ensuring it’s safe.

GITE MANAGEMENT:- Having looked after large multi award winning properties in Australia (100 acres with gites & a max occupancy of 40 persons), we can ensure your clients and your business are well looked after. Wether you want someone to care for your business when that unexpected trip back home arises or you want it cared for year round we can help.
