Prix Résidence pour la Photographie de la Fondation des Treilles

Le prix « Résidence pour la Photographie » de la Fondation des Treilles a été créé en 2011. Ce prix a pour vocation d’aider à la production d’œuvres photographiques ayant pour thème le monde méditerranéen. Octroyé sur une période allant de deux à huit mois en fonction du projet, le prix Résidence pour la Photographie est constitué à la fois :
▪ d’une allocation en espèces, d’un montant mensuel de

2 650 €, dont la durée de versement ne pourra excéder 8 mois,
▪ et d’un accueil en résidence. Celui-ci ne peut être inférieur à 1 mois, notamment pour assurer la réalisation des épreuves sur place. Lors de leurs séjours aux Treilles, les lauréats sont logés dans la maison de « La Bergerie ». Les repas et le ménage sont assurés par la Fondation, ce qui leur permet de se consacrer entièrement à la réalisation de leur projet photographique. Pour la réalisation de leurs travaux, ils disposent sur le domaine :
▪ d’un atelier numérique doté d’un ordinateur professionnel et d’une imprimante à pigments giclés de grand format,
▪ d’un laboratoire argentique, doté d’un agrandisseur multiformat, qui permet à ceux qui le désirent le développement et le tirage d’images en noir et blanc. Les lauréats pourront également bénéficier, à la Grande Maison, d’une bibliothèque et de liaisons informatiques. Photography Prize of the Fondation des Treilles
Created in 2011, this prize is committed to providing means for the production and the promotion of photographic works, which subjects are related to the Mediterranean world. The prize is made of both an allowance of 2650 euros per month for a period ranging from two to eight months, depending on the project, coming with a living residency which can not be less than one month, specially in order to insure the achievement of the development of the photos at Les Treilles. The winners of the prize are accommodated in the Bergerie house. Meals and house cleaning are taken care of by the Foundation’s staff, so that residents can fully concentrate on their work. For the achivement of their work, they will find on the estate on one hand a digital lab complete with professional computer and large format giclé printer and, on the other hand, a darkroom with multi format Beseler enlarger is also available for those who whish to process and print black and white photos.Residents are invited to take also advantage of the library and the wireless Internet connection which are available in the Grande Maison.
