They say an autumn clean is just as important as a spring clean.

Here are some suggestions for cleaning this autumn.

De- clutter and tidy the garage - Have space to put the car on those cold icy nights

Remember to open windows regularly and keep good air circulation - Central heating and closed windows create a dreamy environment for dust mites. As we light our wood burners we know they contribute to the dust !!

Deep clean the sofa - It's becoming a place where we regularly eat a meal or a snack - amazing what can be found under the cushions !! - Deep clean it, ready to relax on over the wintertime .

Wash your duvet - whether your packing your summer duvet away or bringing out your winter one, ready for those chilly evenings - its recommended duvets are washed twice a year .

Clean and put the BBQ and garden furniture away - Have them all put away ready for spring next year . Don't be out in the wind and rain trying to pick them up !!

These are just some of the things that are suggested for an autumn clean .
