We just wrapped up another successful project, and this one was a great reminder of why flexibility matters.

We were originally booked to install a 6eh Ecoflo system. However, when our clients decided to renovate their loft, we quickly pivoted! Even though the initial surveys and plans were locked in for a 6eh, we smoothly upgraded them to an 8eh system to fully support their home’s future growth. 🛠️✨

Precision Installation in Bonnemaison (14)! 🚀

Team MMS are motoring through our latest project! We took delivery of two premium Ecoflo 10eh systems just last Friday, and we’ve already got the first one securely in the ground.

Efficiency and quality are at the heart of everything we do. There's still a bit more ground to cover before we hand over to Le SPANC for final inspection, but we are well on track for a flawless finish. 👍

The wheels keep turning and MMS have updated another sanitation system here in the region of Normandie, France. 👍

As all our know, we undertake an installation from start to finish. We leave absolutely no stones unturned and guarantee that the system designed is 100% correct for each property we install to.✅️

One of our installations finalized near Estry (14) last week was the installation of a 60lm filter bed. We were able to keep the already existing 3000l septic tank as our assessment showed us it was still in a good condition and the correct size for the number of principle rooms in the property. 👍

✅️ An ecoflo 5eh high exit system was installed last week near Landelles el Coupigny (14)

The installation was very straightforward, however working in 40 degree heat 🥵 made the contract very hard.

But as ever, we didnt let our client down. 👍 We arrived the day we said we would and finished half a day earlier than first envisaged.

Not all non-conforming septic tanks in France require a complete refurbishment. We've recently updated a non-conforming system close to Champ du Boult (14)

A simple rectification of a secondary ventilation and new access lids to the original septic tank make this system conform to regulations. 👍

It's been a busy few weeks for us at MMS, one of our contracts was the updating of top-water drainage at a property near Estry (14)

We've incorporated the original down pipes from the house and installed new collection boxes at each outlet, its always good practice to do so as any sediment ie leaves or other debris remains in the collection box and not further down the drain causing a potential blockage.

Ready for inspection!

An installation near to La Dorée (53) is almost complete 👍

✅️ This contract consisted of a 5000l FSTE with a 75m2 epandage filter bed.

✅️ Due to a high water table the tank needed to be concreted in place and also due to its exceptional depth the concrete also acts as a protective armour.

🏗 Never a bridge too far for ourselves at MMS! 👍

The Valognes (50) contract entailed the making of and installing two 7 metre long bridges to pass over a stream. The amazing manufacturing work of the bridges was carried out by Services de Soudage / Welding Services, who were a pleasure to work with.

The laying of foundations, transport of and installation was carried out by ourselves, the entire process of the contract went exactly to plan. 💪

Whilst we are known as the premier septic tank installation company here in Normandie we are still carrying out the highest quality of other groundwork throughout the region.

The team at MMS is putting the finishing touches on our latest contract in Valognes (50), and the results speak for themselves!

We were brought in to completely clear out old debris and meticulously re-grade the courtyard, main driveway, and pathways surrounding the estate's stunning formal gardens
