When an autumn leaf falls, its story follows a predictable path. It will dry up, decompose, and eventually die, buried beneath the sand. Nature is designed to reclaim its own, turning physical matter back into dust.
Services are different—but only if we look after them.
Unlike organic matter, a well-designed service doesn't have a natural expiration date. It is built out of systems, dedication, and community trust. However, if a community fails to serve its people well or neglects to maintain its core services, a flood of problems quickly occurs. Just like a structure abandoned to the autumn elements, an unmaintained service will break down, causing friction and frustration for everyone relying on it.
Leaves belong to nature's cycle of decay. Services are human-made systems that require constant care, upkeep, and a dedicated community to thrive.
Happy Hype autumn!🍁🍂
