Hi I’m “Floor Forensic” Maurizio Pietrobon recently relocated to Lanzarote from Italy and launched Floorcare Lanzarote - a new and unique company for Marble and Ceramic polishing, deep cleaning and repairs on the island. and trained in Treviso in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. I started my apprenticeship at 15 with some of the great masters of this trade and after 37 years of experience I have now become an internationally renowned craftsman. I’m a perfectionist with an attention to detail which means every job is completed to the highest possible standard. What can I do for you ??? Do you have a marble ,ceramic or terrazzo floor inside or outside that is dull dirty or has a few cracks and is looking tired? With my vast experience, knowledge and my specialist equipment including modern diamond headed multi rotation machinery, I can restore your floors, carry out a deep clean to bring back the shine! As you know every floor is different - made of different materials, and therefore must be treated with the correct procedure and equipment. To help you understand the craftsmanship that goes into policing marble here is a brief description of the process:
First fill in any cracks, matching the colour as close as possible to the original to make it look natural
Grind off the top layer of built up dirt and cleaning products that have left a film
Remove any old remaining polish
When the stone is back down to basic form the process of putting the shine back on begins…. During this multi-step process the machine requires different grit disks - much like different grades of sandpaper
The process DOES NOT make dust as this type of machine uses water to control the dust and I use an industrial vacuum to remove the mix of dust and water. My team and I take care of moving all your furniture as we progress the work through the area

Ceramic Tile and Grout Cleaning
My equipment for this task uses strong fast rotating brushes and carefully chosen chemical products that do not ruin your tiles but can bring up a level of dirt that mopping could never do. Then an industrial vacuum leaves the floor and grout perfectly dry as well as dust free. This deep clean treatment makes your life so much easier as your mopping is much quicker!
