DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TO RECRUITMENT AGENCY A COPY OF MY RESIDENCE CARD NIE / ID /SSS N° / PASSPORT FOR REGISTRATION DATA ?
ANSWER :
NO , You don’t need to provide any personal documents to the agency.
What agencies usually do in interviews with the candidates is ask if they have proper documentation to work in Spain and verify the information provided in your resume with your references.
Now if the Agency has selected you for an interview with the employer and the employer had been given you the job opportunity . The agency will ask for a copy of your documents such as your NIE (Foreigner Identification Number) NUmbers of Afilliations in Social Security System to process your Social Security registration and Job contract three days before start to work.
Otherwise, if you are not selected for the job, you don't need to send or provide any of your personal documents to the agency.
What do you need to send when applying for a job to the Agency or company.
1. Your resume ( Curriculum Vitae)
2 Any supporting documents like diploma , training certificate.
3. Recommendation request letter of previous employers
4 Letter of personal presentation .
5. Telephone number and name of your references. ( This will help you a lot ).
