Established in 2000, Crystal Blue Pool Services' philosophy is to work "with" clients not "for" them. We have our own permenant workshop for pump repairs etc.

As a quick background we have been in Spain since 1998, are a legal, registered SL company with appropriate public liability insurance. We manage both private and community pool working direct and through seven Spanish administration companies. Members of our staff are affiliated to the National Swimming Pool Foundation.

If your pool water is dangerously high and about to overflow due to heavy rainfall, here is a simple guide on how to lower the water level quickly.

1. Turn off the pool pump

2. Set the multi port selector valve to the 'WASTE' position.
(One o' clock)

3. Open the WASTE valve if you have one. This should be to the right of the multi port valve.

4. Turn the pump ON.

Run in this position until water level is almost level with the bottom of the skimmers.
When complete turn the pump off, close waste valve and return multi port selector to FILTRATION (12 o' clock)
