Our Major Project of the Year ✨🏡

One of our biggest projects this year has been a very special extension for a client whose property we had previously worked on.

The brief was to transform an existing bedroom and terrace into a spacious master suite, incorporating a large luxury bathroom and dedicated dressing area. After waiting almost two years for the licence to come through, we were finally able to get started — and the result has been well worth the wait!

The finished master suite features:

🛁 A luxurious freestanding bath
🚿 A spacious walk-in shower
👗 A dedicated dressing area with wardrobes separating the bedroom and bathroom
🌿 A private side balcony
❄️ Air conditioning and heating throughout
🔥 Underfloor heating in the bathroom and dressing area

Small Bathroom, Big Difference ✨

This bathroom was in need of a modern refresh, so we made the most of the space with a few well-planned changes.

🚿 Removed the bidet and changed the position of the WC
🧱 Retiled the walls and floor
🪞 Fitted a modern new cupboard and mirror
✨ Added glass shelving for extra storage and a clean finish

A simple but effective transformation, making this small bathroom feel fresher, brighter and more modern.

Townhouse Upgrade 🏡✨

We carried out a major refurbishment of this three-storey townhouse, focusing on the key areas that needed a fresh, modern upgrade.

🔨 New kitchen and laundry room fitted
🛁 Three bathrooms refurbished
❄️ New air conditioning system installed throughout

A great transformation across the property, improving both the look and functionality of the main living and utility spaces.

From Damp to Dry 🏠✨

This annex had been suffering from a leaking roof and rising damp, leaving the building in need of some serious attention.

We tackled the problem from the ground up — excavating around the annex and installing new drainage to help prevent further damp issues. We then fitted a brand-new roof and ceiling, giving the space a complete transformation.

Another project brought back to life and protected for years to come. 💪🔨

This roof terrace was causing some major issues, with the planters and whirlpool bath leaking and causing damp problems in the apartment below. 💧🏠

We removed the existing planters, completely redid the roof terrace and fitted new stone surrounding the whirlpool bath, including specially cut-out drainage to help prevent future water issues.

The result is a clean, modern finish that looks great while also tackling the underlying problem. ✨

Another great transformation — and a reminder that sometimes you need to look beyond the surface to solve the real issue! 🔨

This owner definitely wasn’t afraid to be a little different when it came to their colour choices — and we absolutely love the result! 🎨✨

It just goes to show that sometimes it pays to be brave with your choices. Stepping away from the usual colours can create something really special, and we think this one is a perfect example! ❤️

Another bathroom transformation! ✨

For this project, we removed the existing bath and replaced it with a lovely modern walk-in shower, creating a more spacious and practical feel.

We also fitted a stylish, modern sink unit to complete the look. 🚿🛁

A great example of how changing a few key features can completely transform a bathroom!

A fresh new look throughout this apartment! ✨

We fitted new flooring throughout, completely refreshing the space and giving the whole apartment a clean, modern finish. 🏡

Sorry we’ve been a little quiet on here lately… but that’s only because we’ve been VERY busy! 🔨✨
