What does a Housecare service provide, and how does it differ from simple cleaning?
I'll tell you about our day through a story to illustrate what I mean.🤔
Yesterday morning, our French clients, who were in India, sent us a message saying there had been a power outage, and the electricity hadn’t come back on automatically. They asked us to check what had happened, and of course, finding a solution was also our responsibility.👍
During the day, we worked for our regular clients. We had an appointment with one client to deep clean their sofas. Another client was preparing their house for sale, so we helped make it look even more beautiful.🤗💕
Between two jobs, an American client called, asking us to check on something at their house in the coming days.
By the evening, we arrived home completely exhausted.
The next morning, a dear client called us from the intensive care unit. She had called an ambulance herself after experiencing severe chest tightness. She had one request: she had left her two large dogs in the house and asked us to go feed them.🙏
Luckily, we found a tall ladder, and my husband climbed over the high wall. We located the hidden key and managed to get inside to free and feed the two frightened animals, who had no idea what had happened and couldn’t possibly understand.🐶🐺
Unfortunately, the lady’s condition worsened, but we found a small piece of paper with her son's phone number. I contacted him immediately, and he arrived from Ireland last night.
I’m not saying we are heroes—not at all. We simply try to offer a different kind of service to people.
And one of the most important things is that since our business is fully legal, we were able to act immediately in critical situations.💪
For example, during one of our visits, we discovered a break-in at one of the holiday homes. We were able to report it to the police right away, providing official documents to verify who we were and why we were there. As a result, the insurance company covered all the costs for the homeowner.👌💯
In another house inspection, we found a pipe leak. Since we check the house weekly, we caught it early and were able to provide immediate assistance and a solution.
