Good morning everyone.

Just a little note regarding requiring assistance from 3rd parties on your property.

If you require someone to assist at your property and you dont have a contact for the relevant service needed where we can not assist we will provide you with names etc of who to contact as some people have preferences on who they chose. If access to your property is required via us providing keys to that chosen person/company then we can do so.

As the property owner it is your choice as to request and agree any said works and payment arrangements with the said 3rd party and not ours.

Some owners that rent prefer for us to use discretion when requiring specific assistance but we notify owners accordingly and take there instruction.

NOTICE TO ALL OWNERS WHO HAVE GUESTS

PLEASE REMIND GUESTS OF CHECKOUT TIMES. DELAYED DEPARTURES IS BECOMING A VERY BIG PROBLEM AND WILL RESULT IN US NOT DOING SAME DAY TURNAROUNDS IF THIS CONTINUES.

ARRIVALS ARE ALSO TURNING UP EARLIER AND EARLIER AND PROPERTIES CAN NOT ALWAYS BE READY FOR THESE EARLY ARRIVALS.

THE DAYS ARE HARD AND LONG ENOUGH IN THIS HEAT AS IT IS WITHOUT ADDED ISSUES.

Good evening everyone.

As some of you know Linda has not been in the best of health over the last 2 years plus, is still suffering and still undergoing regular hospital visits.

Given how things currently are I have decided that no new clients will be taken onto our client data base until further notice.

Our current clients and prospective new clients that have been in contact with us recently will not be affected by this decision.

I trust that you understand this decision and would like to thank our clients that have been so supportive and understanding during this time.

Just a small selection of our baby/child items available for hire. From sterilisers, baby monitors, next to me style cribs to play equipment for when they are wanting to venture. We deliver and collect from your door and our prices don't put a big dent in your pocket. We are based on condado so can assist at short notice when possible like we have done recently for guests arriving and needing items straight away.

NOTICE TO ALL OUR OWNERS WHO RENT OUT.

Our changeover clean and linen fees are based on regular turnarounds on properties. Due to recent issues on properties where they have been let out for more than 28 consecutive days to the same persons our clean fees after there departure are now increasing. It seems some dont know what a brush or mop are to use during there stays.

If you are looking to accept a booking for 28 days plus and want the property ready for the next guests after the longer stay guests have departed then please discuss with us the turnaround options. We can not get properties turned around to our standards in a normal time scale given the conditions some leave the properties in.

Just a friendly reminder regarding linen charges.

Our linen charges as specified in our price schedule are based on a max of 4 bath towels on a 2 bedroom and 6 bath towels on a 3 bedroom property. If additional bath/pool towels are left for laundering then additional charges apply. (THIS DOES NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE PART OF OUR LUXURY CHANGEOVER SERVICE).

Linen only charges are for laundering services and do not include making beds after laundry has been done. If you require the beds to be remade then this is a chargeable service.
