Housekeeping Manager: You will lead the entire department, create schedules, ensure all hotel standards are followed, and guarantee compliance with employment law. (Salary based on experience).

Housekeeping Supervisor: You are the acting manager when the Manager is absent. Your duties include supervising staff, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring cleaning excellence. (Union salary + tillæg).

We are looking for professionals who are:

✅ Highly Accountable and Reliable.
✅ Experienced in both cleaning and leadership roles.
✅ Fluent in English (Danish is a bonus!).

…and that someone never gets lost in the maze of corridors?

We couldn’t either — until we talked with Raimonda, our Executive Housekeeper.

Raimonda leads a team that quietly keeps this entire space running every single day. From planning the flow of work for hundreds of rooms to making sure every new team member feels supported, she brings calm and structure to what could easily be chaos.

We asked Raimonda to share a little about her journey and what keeps her motivated:

What do you enjoy most about being part of the housekeeping team?
“I love meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds. Guest satisfaction matters to me — and I enjoy communicating with guests, working as a team, and tackling the challenges we face together every day.”

What is one thing people might be surprised to learn about your job or your daily routine?
“That even on the busiest days, when unexpected challenges come our way, we find a way through — and still finish the day with a smile.”

What motivates you to do your best work each day?
“A positive workplace makes a big difference. I’m motivated by the chance to learn new skills, the satisfaction of completing tasks, and the positive feedback from my colleagues.”
