Thank you to all who have supported us for a great year in 2022. We generated $1.45m in sales this year, our best year so far. We ended the year with 29 great employees and will be looking for 2-4 more employees in early 2023. In 2022 we purchased 4 additional business vehicles to arrive at a total of 7 cars supporting the cleaning business.

We took tough decisions in 2022 to deal with high levels of inflation. Inflation caused increased product costs, increased gasoline costs and increased labor costs. We were forced to deal with those additional costs with price increases. These were not easy decisions to make as our customers have various choices in who they hire for cleaning services. However we are happy to say that no existing customer has left us due to those small price increases.

We start the 2023 year with a goal of just over 20% growth in the cleaning business. We hope to end the 2023 year with $1.75m in sales and 35 employees. We also plan to purchase 2 additional vehicles in the summer of 2023. We are also evaluating an office space in a high traffic area within Naples that would serve as a marketing opportunity for the company.

We also are excited to announce a new business venture that will begin in 2023 and will accompany the cleaning business but under a separate business name. As of Feb 1st we will be offering painting services to both Collier and Lee counties under a new company called Naples Painting Quality, LLC. This new service offering will help to add to growth opportunities. Via the new company, we will be offering both exterior and interior painting services. Our application for a FL painting license is awaiting approval after having met the requirements for licensure in late 2022.

Year to date through July 2022 we are up 25% over the same period in 2021. There’s a lot of talk about a possible recession but so far Naples looks to be avoiding that!

We are looking for a supervisor for the weekends. It will be Saturday and Sundays. $20/hr for 7-8 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you need 1 weekend off per month, that is ok. Call us at 239-216-8932. Please state that you are interested in the supervisor position when you call

The job consists of managing the cleanings for rental homes. You will be responsible for starting laundry at the homes, folding laundry at the end of the cleaning and checking the homes for quality after other ladies have cleaned the home’s. The homes are located primarily in Náples and south Bonita Springs. We pay your gas money.

You must have 2+ years experience cleaning for this job. You must have a car and be willing to use it for this job (we pay Gas). You must have your documents to work in the US. You must like to use your phone a lot as frequent communication with the owner is a big requirement in
