☕✨ NEW COFFEE BEANS ✨☕
FLUFFY PETALS 200gr
Ethiopia, Heirloom, Washed
Every spring, fresh harvests start arriving from origin, and the first washed Ethiopian is always the one we look forward to most. Fluffy Petals is this year's: a lot we tasted and chose ourselves at Lalesa Washing Station in Gedeb. Purple florals, citrus, grilled peaches, subtle hops. It tastes like the season it arrived in.

BERRY FREEZE 200gr
Colombia, Chiroso, Washed
A washed Chiroso with more sweetness than the process usually gives you: forest fruits gelato, black tea, and florals. Grown by Jorge Rojas at Finca El Proceso. After each harvest day, the cherries came down to his La Roca plant in Planadas, where they were floated to remove defects, pulped, left to rest overnight, and washed the next morning. Fifteen days drying in marquesinas after that.

HONEY BURST 200gr
Colombia, Pink Bourbon, Honey
This sweet and delicate honey-processed coffee was produced by Mario Gomez on his farm La Soledad. Expect yellow fruit jam, honeycomb, and citrus-driven black tea in the cup. Bright, elegant, and a great example of how varietal and processing can shine together. One of the styles of coffee we truly love.

LEMON SQUEEZE 250gr
Ethiopia, Local Landraces, Washed
A washed Ethiopian from the Rumu Damo Washing Station. This coffee showcases everything we love about washed Ethiopians from this region: a classic citrus-driven profile, juicy and expressive, with tasting notes of lemon, nectarine, and wild flowers.

CURRANT MOOD 250gr
Kenyan, SL-28, SL-34, Batian, Ruiru 11 (AA), Washed
Kenyan harvest is in! Currant Mood is the first lot we landed: a washed coffee from Tekangu Farmers Cooperative Society in Nyeri, we taste blackcurrant, rose and black tea with a nice acidity, brightness and quite balanced.

☕✨ NEW COFFEE ROASTERS ✨☕
[ THREE MARKS COFFEE ]
EL SALVADOR - JOSE DIAS
This coffee is produced using a washed process with a 72 hour anaerobic fermentation.
After harvesting, the ripe coffee cherries are pulped and the beans ferment in sealed tanks without oxygen, allowing controlled microbial activity that enhances complexity, sweetness, and clarity in the cup.
Once fermentation and washing are completed, the coffee is slowly dried on three tier raised beds for an average of five weeks. This gradual drying method allows consistent airflow and careful moisture reduction, preserving the coffee’s delicate flavors and highlighting the distinctive character of the farm.

COSTA RICA – CORAZON DE JESÚS
This washed process begins with the careful hand picking of only fully ripe cherries to ensure uniform quality. After depulping on the same day of harvest, the beans undergo a controlled lactic fermentation in their mucilage, guided by native microorganisms from the farm.
This innovative method enhances aromatic complexity while preserving varietal character.
The result is a clean cup with bright citrus notes, floral accents, and natural sweetness a true reflection of the Alvarado Fonseca family’s commitment to quality and innovation.

GUATEMALA – LA PILA
Ripe cherries are hand-picked and pulped the same day.
Fermentation lasts 40 to 48 hours, and once completed, the beans are washed with clean spring water in a 30-meter channel, allowing the first-grade beans to be separated from by-products.

GUATEMALA - CASCO
Coffee comming from Los Suspiros is often described as a new and distinctive coffee with a syrupy flavor profile, clean finish, and notes of ripe mango, red cherry, canned peaches, with a crisp finish and a hint of florals.

ETHIOPIA - WAKO
The Ethiopia Wako cultivated at 2,100 masl in the Halo Bariti kebele of Yirgacheffe. This natural-process coffee features 74110 and Kurume varieties, offering a fruity and floral cup with tasting notes of rose, apricot jam, and red berries.
