Before you even think of dress bags & boxes & acid free paper you gotta start with the dress…
And those hanging loopy things that we all hate.
If your gown is strapless they’re the only things that’ll keep your dress on a hanger.. don’t be folding it over a hanger like a pair of trousers 😑

If your gown though has shoulders or straps… it still needs those loops…
ESPECIALLY if those shoulders/straps are mesh and/or beaded.
Many wedding gowns are heavy… and all that weight needs a bit more than fine mesh to hold it up.

YES those Hangy loopy thingys….
They’re attached to all bar the outer layer.. either at underarm or waist… & THEY are what take the weight…

Cinderellas Cinderellas were amazing! They collected mine and bridesmaid dresses, men’s shirts the day after arrival for steaming and returned them to me on the morning of the wedding. After my day, I was terrified my dress was ruined it was soooo black! But Caroline worked her magic and got it back to its beauty before I came home. I am so incredibly grateful for their service because it took such pressure off worrying about the dresses! Thank you ladies so much for your hard work 👗

Everything was on time when you said and I can’t believe you got my dress back to white again! Communication was top notch ☺️ will send a couple of pics over. Julie collected my dress soon after arrival so I didn’t have to worry about my hubby to be seeing my dress, she then kept it safe until the wedding day and it was waiting for me at the venue along with my Cathedral veil. She also steamed my Maid of Honours dress. This was such a relief that I didn’t have to worry about for the big day.

The morning after our wedding my dress was collected from the venue to get cleaned. I haven’t actually opened it up yet but I trust it’s in pristine condition after being shown pics.

Thanks for your service, would recommend to future brides 🌟✨🌟 ###
