Welcome to D’Hermano Cleaning Services (Residential)

Our teams are like family, and our clients are our friends. Since 2018, we have been trusted by Winnipeg homeowners to keep their spaces clean, tidy, organized and beautiful.

We are growing, and urgently need experienced Residential House Cleaners available weekdays to regularly serve the various needs of our residential clients. If you are an experienced professional house cleaner, looking for an opportunity to build relationships with a company that shows gratitude, values family and encourages personal growth, we can’t wait to meet you!

Your Qualifications:
• Knowledge and experience in effective cleaning practices and procedures, required
• Physical stamina to safely walk, stand, kneel, stretch, climb, lift, move etc. to effectively meet the six stages of cleaning, required
• Detailed approach in all aspects of cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting of all rooms and surfaces, and attention to extras such as garbage collecting and disposal, interior window washing, bed linen changing, laundry, dishes, etc., and organizing interiors such as fridge, closet, cupboard, etc.
• A keen eye for details, a love of cleaning, and inherently organized
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, required
• Weekday availability between 8:00am-6:00pm, minimum 3-6 hrs per day

Our D’Hermano Cleaning family is committed to providing a work environment that is supportive and inspires the best in us all. We proudly donate annually to charities in the Philippines and Africa and we generously give back to organizations such as CancerCare Manitoba.

Thank you for the continued trust and support you’ve given to D’ Hermano Cleaning Services as we are able to help two Charities. Please see below information where I designated the donations:

1. Children’s Shelter of Cebu, Philippines

Hospitalizations:

Sometimes the children get so sick that they need to be hospitalized. They also have children that require surgeries and medical procedures. This year, they have a few children needing hospitalizations. They have children who sustained severe burns prior to coming to CSC and require multiple surgeries. They also have children with undiagnosed medical needs that may require hospitalizations.

2. Village of Hope Malawi, Africa

Project:

Support the Construction of a High School Facility: Now that the oldest children at VOH are in Grade 8, they will soon need a high school building. It will total two 2 storey buildings that include science labs, 4 classrooms, bathrooms, and so much more.
