This customer of ours learned a lesson today- wait for the pros (that’s us), or get the work done twice!
Those chewy marks along the top of the dent are from the ‘fast guys’ who could ‘fix it today’. Unfortunately they didn’t fix it at all- they chewed the metal up and made our repair longer and more expensive. Beware- not all PDR is equal. Experience and training, the quality of repairs and customer service should drive where you choose to get your repairs done- not who talks the biggest game, has the quickest appointment or the lowest price.
