One of my favorite parts of the summer right alongside vehicle detailing is spending time with the new students in the Summer Business Program at the Small Business Center. Being able to answer questions, share advice, and help them navigate the challenges of running a small business is something I truly enjoy.
As I looked around the table today, I couldn't help but remember being in those same seats back in 2010. It's amazing how fast time flies. If I can pass along even one lesson that helps someone avoid a mistake or take a chance on themselves, then it's time well spent.
Business is always changing, but the value of mentorship never does. Grateful to be part of a program that invests in the next generation of entrepreneurs.
