With the summer heat upon us, we'd like to kindly ask for your cooperation in helping us provide the best service possible.

Please ensure that your home is at a reasonable, safe temperature before your scheduled cleaning appointment. Working for several hours in a home with no air conditioning or excessive heat is not safe for myself or my team, and it makes it difficult to perform our job to the high standard you expect.

The health and safety of my employees and myself will always be my number one priority. If we arrive and the temperature inside the home is too hot for safe working conditions, we will unfortunately have to cancel the cleaning, and the full scheduled cleaning fee will still apply.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. By working together, we can ensure a safe environment where we can do our best work and leave your home sparkling clean.

To all of my amazing clients,

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for your continued support, loyalty, and patience.

This year started off a little rough for me personally, while at the same time our company experienced incredible growth. Becoming one of the most recommended cleaning companies in Windsor-Essex is something I am extremely proud of, and it would not have been possible without each and every one of you.

With that growth has come new challenges. Finding reliable team members who share the same attention to detail and standards that I hold myself to hasn't always been easy. I am constantly working behind the scenes to ensure every client receives the level of service they deserve.

Many of you know that communication is usually one of my strongest qualities. If you've ever noticed a delay in my response, please know it's never intentional. Sometimes life gets busy, unexpected things happen, and I'm doing my best to balance it all.
