The Face Behind Motherly Housekeeping 🫧

Whenever I come across a local business, one of the first things I look for is who’s behind it. Who started it? Who am I supporting? Who are the people behind the name?

When I can't find anything about the owner or the team, I always feel like something is missing.

So, time to introduce myself again! 😊
Stephanie - owner of Motherly Housekeeping, and very much a mom behind the business. 😆

I'm the person answering your messages, making the schedules, checking in with clients, supporting my team, and still occasionally showing up at your door with cleaning supplies in hand.

As Motherly Housekeeping grows, you may see more of my amazing team and a little less of me at every cleaning, but I never want us to become a faceless company.

Trusting someone in your home is a big deal, and I don't take that trust lightly. It's one of the reasons I will always personally meet new clients face-to-face before their first cleaning. You deserve to know who's behind the business and who you're trusting to care for your home. 💛🏡

✏️🍎A Little Something for Our Smallest Clients!🎒

Back-to-school is right around the corner, so we’ve been busy putting together these little Back-to-School goodie bags for the kiddos in our recurring client families! 🥰

One of my favourite parts of what we do is getting to know not just the homes we care for, but the families inside them too. 💛 This is just a little way to wish their school-aged kiddos an amazing year full of fun, learning and new adventures!✏️📚

If you stay in this business long enough, you'll eventually find yourself cleaning the same home twice - just for different owners.

When I got the call for this house, the address sounded familiar. Sure enough, I had cleaned it back in 2022!

This time, it was an empty move-out clean for a new tenant. Four years ago, though, it was a completely different story. The bathroom had years of buildup. It's amazing how the same space can tell such a different story.

💙 Our clients mean the world to us. 💙

One of the things I love most about owning Motherly Housekeeping is getting to know the wonderful people who trust us in their homes week after week, month after month.

Many of our recurring clients have become much more than names on a schedule. We celebrate birthdays, milestones, new babies, new homes, and life's special moments right alongside them.

This little birthday gift was for one of our amazing recurring clients as a small thank you for their continued support. We truly appreciate every client who chooses us and allows us to be part of their lives.

It's never just about cleaning. It's about building relationships, creating trust, and helping make life a little easier for the people in our community.

This position is perfect for someone who loves cleaning, enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and is looking for a schedule that allows them to be home in the evenings and on weekends.
