For those of you that don’t know, it’s tree planter season. Theses lovely adults spend weeks on end in the outdoor planting trees for the mills in the area. With all this rain, their laundry has been extremely muddy. One of the planters wanted to say thank you for my team’s hard work.

I thought I’d share with my customers that I’ve had a personal setback in the last week. I unfortunately slipped and fell breaking my right elbow in 3 places. I’m blessed to have family and friends come to my aid by helping to fold, mopping floors and carrying things. I will be attempting to take a few days off to get swelling under control. It’s going to be several weeks in a cast and months of physiotherapy to get back to using my arm again. I appreciate your understanding while I heal

Public service announcement to parents of teenagers, soak their socks! 🤮

My athletic pr***en asked if I could do her laundry, since I had some free time at the laundromat I said sure. I gathered up her socks, tossed them in a bucket of super hot water and a scoop of Nellie’s Whitener Brightener and let them soak. Two hours later this was the result. Yikes!
