We're hiring a motivated Sales Representative to help grow Sierra's presence in Whistler and Squamish. This is a short-term, performance-driven role with high earning potential for the right person. If you're confident, competitive, and want to get paid based on what you put in, this one's for you.

The Role
Hit the ground in targeted neighbourhoods across Whistler and Squamish, introduce Sierra's services directly to homeowners, and book jobs for our team. You'll be the face of the company on the doors — starting conversations, generating qualified leads, and tracking your daily activity (doors knocked, conversations had, jobs booked). Expect 4–6 hours of consistent daily outreach, with some travel between Whistler and Squamish.
The Ideal Candidate
Confident, self-motivated, and reliable. You're comfortable working independently, you bring a positive attitude every day, and you're driven by goals and results. Sales, customer service, or door-to-door experience is a nice-to-have but not required — what matters most is work ethic and a willingness to put in the reps.
This isn't a passive hourly role. Earnings are based on results, and strong performers do very well.
