The Weyburn Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the finalists for the 2023 WEYBEX Awards presented by Weyburn Credit Union on April 28, 2023. These finalists personify the excellence and success of Weyburn’s business community. 👏

After a rigorous adjudication process, 11 finalists were selected for their excellent business strategies in 5 categories. The finalists were judged on their application and supporting documents, with strong attention to unique business achievement and engagement.

In the Community Involvement Award category, sponsored by SaskEnergy, the finalists are: Mryglod Steel & Metals Inc., Farm Credit Canada and NSWB Law Firm

In the Business Leader of the Year Award category, sponsored by Saskatchewan Blue Cross the finalist is Bill Vollbrecht owners of A&B Concrete Ltd

In the Golden Service Award category, sponsored by MNP, the finalists are: Maurers-MeatsLtd and Welsh Kitchen

In the Business Hall of Fame category, sponsored by Grant Thornton LLP Canada, the inductees are: Miller Well Servicing and Weimer's Hometown

In the New or Expanded Business Award category, sponsored by Community Futures Sunrise the finalists are: BIG JIM'S BREW SHOP, Rona Weyburn and MegaDry Disaster Restoration Inc.

The Business of the Year Award will be selected from the winners of the following categories: Golden Service, Community Involvement and New or Expanded Business.

Congratulations to all the 2023 Finalists! The Weyburn Chamber of Commerce presents biennially the WEYBEX Awards to celebrate business excellence in our community. 2023 is our 10th WEYBEX Awards, and we can't wait to celebrate with our business community! 💜

We are excited to announce that Megadry Disaster Restoration Inc. has purchased Weyburn Steam Cleaners and Clint is retiring.

We want to thank Clint and his team for working with us and giving us their knowledge and expertise. Devery will continue to be part of the Megadry team and Clint will be helping us out for the next few months.

Clint established this business many years ago and we look forward to continuing on the great business he created!
