BKT Cleaning is Hiring a Full-Time Cleaner

BKT Cleaning is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to join our team full-time.
We’re a small local cleaning company that takes pride in detailed, consistent work and treating our clients’ homes with care. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, has a good eye for detail, and takes pride in leaving a space fresh, clean, and cared for.

Position Details
$27/hour
Full-time hours
Monday to Friday availability required
Occasional weekends available
Company supplies and products provided
Work throughout Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, and surrounding areas

The Work Includes
Residential cleaning
Deep cleans
Move-in and move-out cleans
Office cleaning
Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
Strong attention to detail
Good communication
The ability to work independently and stay on schedule
A professional and respectful attitude in clients’ homes

Cleaning experience is preferred, but reliability, work ethic, and pride in your work matter most.

BKT Cleaning is looking to add a reliable, detail-oriented residential cleaner to our growing team.

Starting wage: $27/hour plus tips

Position type: Employee position only. No subcontractors.

We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and respectful who understands the trust involved when working inside clients’ homes.
The right person takes pride in their work, pays attention to the little details, and leaves every home looking spotless.

Requirements:
✔️ 1–2 years of professional residential cleaning experience preferred
✔️ Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
✔️ Strong attention to detail
✔️ Friendly, professional, and trustworthy
✔️ Able to work efficiently and independently
✔️ Dependable and punctual
✔️ Comfortable working in private residential homes

There is plenty of opportunity to grow with BKT Cleaning as we continue to expand. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a supportive local business and build with us long term.
