Seeking an outgoing candidate who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys managing a group of employees that are focused on delivering a quality product to our customers. Additionally, this candidate needs to monitor and engage employees in all safety & performance initiatives.
Supervisory Duties Include:
- ensuring quality service by enforcing
quality and customer service standards
- helping employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- training new employees and coaching staff
- monitoring employee productivity and
providing constructive feedback
- ensuring adherence to health, safety
and company policies and procedures
- undertaking disciplinary actions if the need arises
- addressing and resolving customer issues in a diplomatic manner
- planning, organizing and controlling daily operations
- managing curb appeal of the site by delegating appropriate tasks
- supervising customer/vehicle flows
- providing customers with a great understanding of the benefits of
our products and services
- engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Our requirements:
- a minimum of 1 year of previous supervisory experience
- team player with a can-do attitude
- motivation and eagerness to learn
- maintain a calm, professional, friendly demeanor under periods of
stress
- consistency with attendance and punctuality
