⛔️ As of today, July 23rd, we are no longer accepting any new Concierge Cleaning Assessment requests until further notice. (New clients)
This decision hasn’t come easy, but it’s necessary. I’m navigating a period of grief after the recent loss of my grandmother, while also stepping into a new chapter as a full-time student (an exciting announcement I was planning to make under different circumstances) —all while continuing to run our business and assisting our teams on the field. Our teams' schedules are also very close to being fully booked.
As a result, our availability is extremely limited, and we need to temporarily pause new client intake.
📩PENDING REQUESTS📩 :
🫧 If you submitted a request for a Concierge Cleaning Assessment on or before July 23rd, you will be contacted and scheduled for August. Please note: while we’ll provide your quote, we cannot guarantee availability for your preferred cleaning date or frequency just yet.
🫧 If you’ve had your Initial Deep Cleaning within the last month or have one scheduled in the next month, and you'd like to get on our regular rotation schedule, please email us ASAP. Spots are limited and all emails will be processed in the order they’re received.
✳️EXCEPTIONS✳️ :
Until further notice, we will be accepting requests exclusively for :
✨️ Occasional/ One Time Bookings for returning/past clients.
✨️ Move-In/Move-Out cleanings (no assessment required)
