We want to take a moment to alert our community to an important issue that has recently come to our attention. There have been multiple reports of fraudulent phone calls circulating, using a spoofed version of our phone number and falsely claiming to represent Aero Services. We are committed to protecting our clients, and want to ensure that we spread awareness of this issue.

• On call display, we appear as “Aero Services” or “Aero Furnace Duct…”
• Our official email is [email protected]
• All contact with our local Victoria office is through Rachel or Colette
We will never request sensitive or personal information unexpectedly; and we never use a third party to generate leads, book appointments, or collect payments. For almost all residential work, we operate using flat-rate pricing which can be quoted easily for free. We never charge upfront and bill only after work is completed.
