When we bought our current home it was GREY. Grey walls, Grey floor, Grey laminate shelves in the den. I am not a fan of Grey. So we started painting. That was March of 2021. We have slowly but surely managed to paint every ceiling, wall and trim with the exception of the 'boys' bathroom and the laundry room.

It's important to me that my space is bright, fresh and clean. Seapearl by Benjamin Moore has been my go to paint in this house. It's considered a warm white. Tell me about you house, favorite color schemes, design ideas. What makes you love your space?

Get your kids cleaning at a young age!
My kids have always helped with house chores. This bathroom is maintained by 3 preteen/teen boys. (Inspected and approved by Bossypants)

Who cleans for Bossypants? Me! It's me!
I don't always feel as inspired to clean for myself, it's not as rewarding. I think it could possibly be- 1. It doesn't last long and I watch the sparkle fade away. 2. It's not my 'job', I am naturally a HARD worker but I do push a little extra at work and aim to impress. 3. Let's be honest money can be a pretty good motivation 🫢
