First 3 months: $16.50 - $18.50/hour or more with experience.
3 Month Milestone: Health and Dental + wage review* based on performance
Future: Can lead to continued wage increase, potential to become team lead including own crew and a company vehicle.
Our client provides Strata Corporations with multi dwelling units such as apartments and condo’s with property services. Mainly, we provide janitorial and caretaking services.
The company has been serving the Lower Mainland for 5 years and is continuing the grow. We are looking to add janitorial staff to our team.

What to expect:
-You will be working in a team environment going from site to site fulfilling janitorial duties
Duties:
-Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
-Gather and empty trash [this may include preparation of recycle totes/bins for weekly pick up
-Service, clean, restrooms/ bathrooms and kitchens when applicable
-Clean and polish furniture and fixtures [when applicable]
-Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
-Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment [where applicable]
-Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors [when applicable]
-Notify office concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
